This galvanized wire mesh decking is designed for use with pallet racking systems in warehouses, distribution centers and industrial storage areas.
The welded wire mesh surface creates a practical storage level for pallets, cartons and other warehouse goods, while maintaining an open structure that improves visibility through the rack. Open wire decking is widely used in pallet rack systems for this reason.
Three to four support channels reinforce the wire deck and help distribute the stored load across the rack beams. The number and configuration of support channels are important factors in wire deck load performance.
With 50×50 mm and 50×100 mm grid options and Φ5.0 mm or Φ6.0 mm wire diameters, the decking can be selected according to different pallet rack and storage requirements.
The open mesh structure also allows light, air and sprinkler water to pass through the rack levels, a commonly recognized benefit of wire mesh decking in warehouse storage systems.
The galvanized finish provides a practical surface for regular warehouse and industrial storage environments.
