Order & Quotation
Yes. The MOQ depends on the product type, size, surface treatment and customization level. Standard products usually have a lower MOQ, while customized racks, cages or support structures may require a project-based order quantity. Please send us the product model or drawing so we can confirm the MOQ for you.
Our common payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L. Other payment terms can be discussed according to the order value and cooperation history.
For standard products, the production lead time is usually around 20–30 days after receiving the deposit and final drawing confirmation. For customized products, the lead time depends on the design, quantity and production schedule.

OEM / ODM
Yes. We can manufacture according to your drawing, sample or application requirement. If you do not have a drawing, you can send us the storage item size, weight, stacking requirement and warehouse usage scenario, and we can recommend a suitable design.
Common surface treatments include powder coating, zinc plating and hot-dip galvanizing. Powder coating is widely used for indoor warehouse applications, while galvanized finishes are suitable for more demanding storage environments.
Yes. Standard colors are available, and custom colors can also be made according to RAL color codes or customer requirements.

Product Selection
A storage cage usually has mesh panels and is used for storing loose goods, parts or packaged items. A stacking rack is more suitable for palletized goods, tires, barrels, fabric rolls or irregular products that need to be stacked vertically without fixed warehouse racking.
The stacking layers depend on the rack structure, load capacity, product height and warehouse safety requirements. Many heavy-duty stacking racks can be stacked in 4–6 layers, but the final design should be confirmed according to the actual load and application.
Yes. Most of our storage cages, stacking racks, steel pallets and warehouse racks are designed with forklift access for easy handling, loading and warehouse movement.

Shipping & Packaging Questions
Export Support
We can offer FOB, CIF and other international trade terms according to customer requirements. The final shipping cost depends on product volume, weight, quantity and destination port.
Products are usually packed with steel straps, plastic film, pallets or customized export packaging according to product type and shipping method. Knock-down or flat-pack designs can help reduce shipping volume for some products.
Yes. After confirming the product size and packing method, we can help estimate the loading quantity for 20’GP, 40’GP or 40’HQ containers.
Yes. We can provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and other export documents required for shipment.

Quality Control
We are responsible for material and manufacturing quality. If there is a quality issue caused by production, we will work with the customer to provide a reasonable solution after checking photos, videos or inspection details.
For customized storage cages, stacking racks and warehouse racking products, we evaluate the product dimensions, load capacity, frame thickness, mesh size, base structure and stacking method before production. The goal is to keep the product structure stable, practical and safe for real warehouse use.
Yes. For warehouse racking projects or products that require assembly, we can provide installation guidance, drawings or related documents.
