A recent order for a customer in South Africa included three different models of detachable fabric roll storage racks.

The three sizes give the customer more flexibility for storing fabric rolls of different lengths instead of using one rack size for everything.

All three models use a detachable structure. The upright frames can be removed when the racks are empty or prepared for shipping, which makes the racks easier to pack and helps reduce unused space during container loading.

After the racks passed the final product check, the removable parts were taken down and the units were prepared for export packing.

For this type of large steel rack, the packed size matters almost as much as the assembled size. A more compact shipping condition makes it easier to arrange the racks inside the container.

The packed racks were then loaded into the container and prepared for shipment to South Africa.

After delivery, the uprights can be installed again and the racks returned to their normal working condition for fabric roll storage.
